Today I had a conversation with Adrienna McDermott, a current CEO Roundtable member. Adrienna has a unique story of how she got into the world of online business and I’m so excited for you to listen in on our conversation.
Adrienna became an entrepreneur after starting a bridal boutique, wedding planning and floral business with a friend. After feeling burnt out and depleted, she discovered that she wanted to take a different path and eventually got into digital marketing. We talk about this journey and how she got to the point of niching down her ideal client.
She gives insight into the process of hiring and how this helped her to grow her business. She talks about how her business and the wedding industry as a whole has been impacted by the pandemic. You’ll also hear how she reached a record-breaking month this past July, how she’s been able to consistently pay herself as the CEO of her own business and what scaling means to her.
